Dr. Win is a member of the American Optometric Association. He has finished clinical internships at The Eye Institute at the Pennsylvania School of Optometry in primary eye care and pediatrics, Baltimore Veterans Affairs medical center, and completed a residency program, specializing in Ocular Disease and low vision at New Jersey Veterans Affair hospital. During residency, Dr Win is an author of several poster presentations, gave lectures to fellow optometrists and students.

Dr. Win graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. Then, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, formally The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He was the recipient of the Pennsylvania School of Optometry’s Presidential Scholarship for his doctorate work.
Dr. Win gained his strong clinical skills through the clinical internship program working closely with ophthalmologists and optometrists in managing complex glaucoma, retinal, and cataract cases in wide varieties of patient populations ranging from geriatric population to pediatric patients.
He is also skilled in the latest advanced diagnostic equipment and ocular therapeutics for treating certain eye conditions. Dr. Win also speaks Burmese.
